Are electrical appliances included?
The THB 249,990 Essential reference package excludes electrical appliances. Any additional items are listed separately in your quotation before confirmation.
Can I choose different colours and furniture?
We review your preferred colours, finishes and item choices together. Availability, price differences and production lead times are confirmed before ordering.
How long does the process take?
Choose our stock-based Swift collection for handover within 30 business days, or Essential 01–03 with made-to-order furniture for handover within 60 business days. Timing begins after item approval, receipt of the deposit and the customer's confirmation that the room is ready for work. We confirm stock, building access, the start date and handover date in your contract. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; item changes may affect the schedule.
What are the payment terms?
The standard payment structure is 80% before work begins and 20% at handover, subject to your agreed contract. Building deposits and any additional charges are clarified before confirmation.
What about product warranties?
Warranty periods and coverage follow each supplier’s terms. We confirm the applicable details for your selected items; there is no single blanket warranty covering every product.
